Basic Service: Needs Analysis and Plan of Action:

This is our most popular service, meant to help venues that know they need an upgrade to their audio, video or lighting systems, but don't know where to start, and need a trusted, unbiased advisor to understand their unique space and goals, and create a plan/solution tailored to them. We created this product after countless venue owners expressed frustration at the entire process of seeking quotes for AV upgrades. Each AV vendor would specify a different solution with different equipment, and the venue owner was often confused and unsure which solution was best, or if it would even solve the problem. Many areas of the country do not have large trusted AV installers in their market, leaving venue owner's to find "a guy". We solve that problem by taking our 20 years of experience doing projects all around the country, taking the time to understand YOU and YOUR VENUE's unique goals, and crafting a plan to get you where you want to be.

This service includes a deep discovery of the venue's goals and needs, typically involves a site visit, and results in a follow up meeting and report that outlines the venues needs with a detailed plan of action including the main components of a system to be used, desired performance outcomes of the systems, etc. This document can be used by the venue as they seek quotes for the work to ensure every vendor clearly understands the venue's desired outcomes in technical terms so the venue owner can be sure that each AV vendor clearly understands the venue's requirements.

Enhanced Service: Complete design with Assistance soliciting quotes from integrators:

This builds on our Basic Service, and is intended to take even more pressure off business owners. Whereas in our Basic Service, we provide performance criteria and list the key components of the systems for the owner to use when speaking with AV installation vendors, the Enhanced Service takes it further and provides a full design with all components to be used. In addition, LIMELIGHT will contact (3) local vendors in the venue's market on the owner's behalf and work with them to submit quotes for the work. LIMELIGHT will evaluate proposals and discuss transparently with the owner to help them make an informed decision. The owner can be as involved in communication as desired, or leave it to us to gather all of the information and answer all of the questions, then meet with the owner to submit our findings and recommendations.

This service starts at $10,000 and may increase depending on venue location and size.
